What is Polkadot Decoded?
It is a virtual conference for all things related to the Polkadot ecosystem. The first event that took place last year was a big success. This year Polkadot Decoded will run on the 19th and the 20th of May 2021.
The conference is inclusive and aimed at both non-technical and technical audiences. There is a wide range of topics from parachains to DeFi, NFTs, IoT, identity, privacy, energy and more. Program highlights include a barstool chat with Gavin Wood and a keynote on parachains by Rob Habermeier, both founders of Polkadot.
Why Polkadot Decoded is a huge event?
First of all, it is the main event of the year for project teams and users interested in the Polkadot ecosystem.
Secondly, it is a tough one to get into. There are about 400 projects built or building their products on the Polkadot network and only 40 spots for speakers!
In the best traditions of decentralization, there was an open call for presentation proposals and anyone could vote to help curate the final program. Thanks to the support of our community Polkadex got a spot among other most interesting projects in the ecosystem.
How is Polkadex involved?
Polkadot Decoded is a 2-day multi-track event packed with talks and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences. There are different categories of talks and we chose to do a Lightning Pitch -an explanation of Polkadex and what problems it solves for users.
Our CEO, Gautham J, will explain why Polkadex is unique in the topic
